Returns and Refund Policy

At BRIMAXO (Construcciones Romero Nevado S.L.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to easily manage your return.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

Additionally, at BRIMAXO, we extend this period to 15 calendar days from receipt to give you more flexibility.

How to initiate a return?

We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for collection or shipping, as appropriate.

Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition, suitable for resale
  • Retain the original packaging in perfect condition
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that, for hygiene or health reasons, cannot be returned once opened

Shipping costs for returns

Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: BRIMAXO covers all collection and reshipment costs. If you receive a product in poor condition or different from your order, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Withdrawal or change of mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will advise you on the most convenient shipping method when processing your request.

Refund

Once the product is received and verified to meet the conditions, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The crediting time depends on your bank (usually an additional 3 to 5 business days).

Legal Guarantee

All products sold at BRIMAXO come with a legal guarantee of 2 years in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and current European regulations. If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will manage it at no cost.
